The Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence in Seminole County, Florida. Although the Client performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises and was in the possession of an open container in the vehicle, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the State to reduce the charge to Reckless Driving.
