The Client was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Driving Under the Influence while being stopped by law enforcement in Ybor City. Attorney Anthony Rickman convinced the State to reduce the charge of Possession of Cocaine to a misdemeanor charge of Disorderly Conduct and reduce the DUI to a Reckless Driving.
