State vs. LG
The Client was arrested for DUI in Pinellas County after law enforcement located the Client at her residence hours after involvement in an alleged accident. Law enforcement claimed the Client appeared intoxicated and arrested her. Attorney Anthony Rickman provided evidence to the State proving that law enforcement did not have standing to arrest the Client for DUI and the State reduced the charge to Reckless Driving.
