The Client was arrest for Driving Under the Influence over .150 BAC, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and two misdemeanor charges of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of
Drug Paraphernalia. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the State to not prosecute or file charges for the drug related offenses and even though the client had a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.215, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to get the DUI charge reduced to Reckless Driving.
