State vs. AD
The Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after law enforcement saw the Client make a dangerous left turn in heavy traffic nearly causing a collision and upon conducting a traffic stop believed the Client to be under the influence. Despite the Client performing poorly on the field sobriety exercises, The Rickman Law Firm convinced the State to reduce the DUI to a Reckless Driving.
