The Client was arrested and charged with DUI, when multiple drivers reported to law enforcement that the Defendant was driving erratically and appeared impaired. Although the Client had a blood alcohol content of 0.129 and did not perform well on the FSEs, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to have the Client’s charge reduced to Reckless Driving.
