The Client was arrested for DUI after being stopped by law enforcement for driving the wrong direction down a one-way road. Although the Client performed poorly on FSE’s and submitted to breath samples which were well above the legal limit, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to get the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving.
