The Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after being stopped by a police officer on St. Patrick’s Day. Even though the client blew twice the legal limit and performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to get the State to reduce the charge from Driving Under the Influence to Reckless Driving.
