The Client was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence when he almost collided with a law enforcement patrol vehicle while driving on the interstate. Although the Client performed poorly on his field sobriety exercises and blew at .113 and .114, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the State to reduce the DUI to Reckless Driving.
