State vs. LC
The Client was involved in a car crash and was investigated by law enforcement for DUI after it was alleged that the Client appeared tired and exhibited signs of impairment. Upon being placed under arrest the Client began having blood pressure issues and was taken to the hospital. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the State to show that the Client had a 0.00 blood alcohol content in the hospital and the State dismissed the charge.
