The Client was charged with Driving Under the Influence after the client’s vehicle was stopped for driving erratically. Attorney Rickman filed a motion to suppress and dismiss the charge of DUI on the grounds that the officer did not have sufficient probable cause to stop the Client’s vehicle. The Defense successfully argued to the judge that the stop of the vehicle was illegal and the court granted the motion and the DUI was dismissed.
