State vs. CF
The Client was arrested for DUI and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a third-degree felony, after being pulled over for speeding after returning home from a restaurant. The Client was searched by police and was found to have half of a prescription strength sleeping pill without a prescription. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the State Attorney and was able to convince the State to reduce the felony drug charge to a misdemeanor and the DUI to a Reckless Driving and through further negotiation succeeded in having the Client’s charges completely dismissed.
