The Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of THC Oil, which is a third-degree felony; Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to get the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving and the Client successfully admitted into a Diversion Program for the felony charge of Possession of THC oil and the felony charge was dismissed upon successful completion of the program.
