The Client was accused of aggravated assault with a Firearm. It was alleged that during a traffic altercation (road rage incident) the Client pointed a firearm at another driver. As a result of the allegation,

The Defendant was charged with child abuse after hitting her child with a broom. After showing that the defendant acted in self-defense the state dropped the charge.

The Defendant was parked in his vehicle when he had been approached by law enforcement. The officers then searched the Defendant and his vehicle. The Defense filed a motion to suppress on the grounds of
