After being charged with three different counts of Criminal Mischief along with Aggravated Battery with great bodily harm, the Defense was able to get the State to drop all charges.

The Client was charged with Robbery By Sudden Snatching which is a third-degree felony which faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison. The Client was not convicted of the charges.
