The State dropped felony fleeing to elude charge.

The Client was arrested for Battery. Attorney Anthony Rickman convinced the State to dismiss the charge within days of the Client’s arrest.

The Client was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Aggravated Stalking, both of which are felonies. The Client was not convicted.
