The Client was arrested for Written Threats to Kill or Do Bodily Injury after an investigation by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office alleged that the Client made threatening statements against the federal government to a fellow colleague on Facebook. Attorney Anthony Rickman rigorously researched and prepared the case for trial to prove that the alleged crime did not fit the actual statements made by the Client. The State ultimately dropped the charge against the Client and the case was dismissed.
