The Client was arrested and charged with Welfare Fraud, a third-degree felony with a possible prison sentence of five years. The Rickman Law Firm was able to present evidence to the State showing that the Client was willing to pay back the balance and the State agreed to administratively dismiss the charge upon the Client’s completion of a diversion program.
