The Client was being held in jail for a Violation of Probation charge after picking up a new criminal traffic charge in Hillsborough County and the Court determined that the Client was never terminated from probation from a past traffic charge from 2013. After being retained for a Bond Motion, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the Court to dismiss the Violation of Probation charge and allow the Client to bond out of jail.
