The Client was arrested and was held in jail for over 60 days for a violation of a domestic violence injunction. Immediately upon being retained for the case, Attorney Anthony Rickman filed a Motion to have the Client released from jail. During the hearing on the motion, Attorney Rickman presented evidence to the Court showing that the injunction had expired and that the victim did not want to pursue the charge. The Client was released from jail that day and the Judge and the State agreed to dismiss the charge.
