The Client was being investigated by law enforcement for Vehicular Homicide after the Client was involved in an accident which resulted in the death of a passenger. Attorney Anthony Rickman was in communication with detectives for several months to continually track the investigation and to mitigate any arrest or charges being filed. Law enforcement closed their investigation and determined that the Client was not at fault for the death and the Client was never arrested or charged with a crime.
