State vs. KY
The Client was arrested in Pasco County for Sale of Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor when the Client mistakenly sold an alcoholic beverage to an undercover police officer while working as a bartender. The Rickman Law Firm was able to provide background information and additional details to the State and the State agreed to allow the Client to enter a diversion program. Upon completion of the diversion program, the Client’s charge will be dismissed.
