State vs. RG

The Client was charged with Resisting an Officer Without Violence and False Name to Law Enforcement Officer when law enforcement arrived at the Client’s home to investigate an Aggravated Battery incident and the Client allegedly answered the door and provided a false name and then left his home to walk the dog. Attorney Anthony Rickman provided evidence to the prosecutor that the Client did not resist the arrest as evidenced on the Body Worn Camera video and the force used by the officers was unnecessary and the State immediately dismissed all charges.
