State vs. BM
The Client was involved in an incident which resulted in the shooting of a family member and was being investigated by law enforcement. Attorney Anthony Rickman was with the Client immediately after the incident occurred and provided law enforcement and the State Attorney’s Office with evidence that the Client acted in self-defense and was in fear of imminent harm for his life. Law enforcement closed the homicide investigation and the State did not file any charges. Attorney Anthony Rickman prevented the Client from being arrested.
