POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CHARGES DISMISSED

The Client and the Client’s spouse were arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance after being stopped by law enforcement in Ybor City for allegedly possessing a pipe containing methamphetamine. Attorney Anthony Rickman presented evidence to the State that the Client and the Client’s spouse did not test positive for any drugs and the State dropped the possession of a controlled substance charge. Additionally, upon further negotiation, the State nolle prossed the remaining Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge and both the Client and the Client’s spouse’s cases were dismissed.
