State vs. SE

The Client was arrested after being stopped by law enforcement for a traffic stop and drug investigation where law enforcement located cocaine in the Client’s possession. The Client then provided a false name to the officer and was found to be driving with a suspended license. The Client was arrested and found to also be on probation for a Petit Theft charge. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately filed a Motion to Withdraw the Warrant for the Violation of Probation charge and convinced the Court to dismiss the violation. Additionally, Attorney Rickman convinced the State to dismiss the three felony charges of Possession of Cocaine, False Name to Law Enforcement Officer and Driving While License Revoked (Habitual Offender).
