The Client was charged with Felony Trafficking of Cannabis, Felony Manufacturing of Cannabis, Grand Theft, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after a search warrant uncovered a Marijuana Grow House Operation in his home with over 250 pounds of marijuana. Through work with prosecutors, the State waived the client’s minimum mandatory sentence of 3 years and the client was not convicted of the offense.
