State vs. DF
The Client was arrested for Robbery, which is a second-degree felony, after an incident where the client allegedly took another individual’s phone during an altercation. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the State and took proactive measures to protect his client prior to any charges being filed by the State. Due to the representation of Mr. Rickman, the State did not file the Robbery charge and the case was closed.
