The Client was sentenced to probation for multiple felony offenses for a term of two years upon completion of one year of community control. Even though the Client had a violation and received a new charge subsequent to the original offenses, Attorney Anthony Rickman succeeded in having the Client’ probation terminated with only 8 months completed. Prior to this, Attorney Rickman had the Client’s community control transferred to probation with only two months of community control completed.
