State vs. AA
The Client was stopped by a police officer while with her friends at a park and accused of smoking marijuana. The Client and some of her friends were then charged with Felony Possession of
Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis Sativa Resin. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to show that the officer did not have probable cause to stop the Client and convinced the State to not file the charges.
