State vs. SG
The Client, a juvenile, was arrested for felony battery after fighting with some other children and allegedly causing injury to another. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to present evidence to the State showing that the injury was accidental and that multiple children willingly engaged in the activity and the State no filed the charge and dropped the case.
