Outcome: Judge Dissolves Domestic Violence Injunction
The permanent injunction was placed against the defendant over 12 years ago. Through argument the Defense was able to show the Judge reliable reasoning of why this Injunction should remain in effect and that there was a substantial change in circumstances that warranted the dissolution of the injunction.
