The Client was accused of Sexual Battery and was under investigation by the police. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted detectives and presented evidence that the alleged victim has a history of making false allegations and providing false statements to police. The investigation was closed prior to any arrests being made and no charges were filed by the State.
