State vs. AT

The Client, a Student and TA at USF was accused of sexual battery against another student. As a result of the allegations, the Client was investigated by Detectives, and the University. The alleged victim filed a restraining order against the Client. After a daylong hearing, Attorney Anthony Rickman successfully defended his Client resulting in the injunction being dismissed. Despite the seriousness of the allegation, Mr. Rickman created a packet with evidence and information exonerating his client. After presenting the information to prosecutors, the State declined to prosecute the Client and the case was closed.
