State vs. ML
The Client was arrested for Trespassing in an Occupied Structure or Conveyance and Resisting and Officer with Violence after an incident which occurred during Gasparilla. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the law enforcement officer and the State to allow the client to enter into a Pretrial Intervention Program. All charges were dismissed against the Client upon successful completion of the program.
