The Client was arrested for Public Assistance Fraud after an investigation by the Florida Department of Financial Services alleged that the Client failed to disclose employment while collecting food stamps for two years. After a successful plea negotiation, Attorney Anthony Rickman got the Client accepted into a diversion program which allows the charges to be completely dropped upon the Client’s completion of the program.
