State vs. AA
The Client was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine after being stopped by law enforcement for speeding and upon being stopped, the law enforcement officer conducted a search of the Client’s vehicle where they located the alleged substance. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the State to allow the Client to enter a diversion program and the Client’s charge was completely dismissed upon successful completion of the program.
