State vs. JP
The Client was arrested and charged with Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (THC Oil) after being stopped by law enforcement on his way home from work. Attorney Anthony Rickman researched the recent changes in marijuana legislation and was able present evidence to the State showing that the State would be unsuccessful in the prosecution of the Client. All three charges were Nolle Prossed by the State.
