State vs. OS
The Client was charged with Domestic Battery by Strangulation and False Imprisonment. The alleged victim did not wish to prosecute as the incident was a misunderstanding with the Client.
After reviewing the case and working with the State to show that the incident was a misunderstanding, Attorney Anthony Rickman convinced the State to not file the charges against the Client.
