State vs. ME
The Client was arrested for Felony Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer after an incident that occurred at a bar in Tampa. Attorney Anthony Rickman presented information to the State and
convinced the State to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and allow the client to enter into the Misdemeanor Intervention Program. The charge was then dismissed against the client upon successful completion of the program.
