State vs. MD
The Client was arrested for Felony Battery of a Person over 65 Years of Age after the Client had an argument with a family member which escalated and ultimately led to the Client’s arrest. The Rickman Law Firm immediately contacted the State to provide mitigation and supporting documentation that the charge did not support the Client’s character and the charge was dismissed prior to be filed by the State Attorney’s Office within days of the Client’s arrest.
