The Client was arrested and charged with felony Battery (Second or Subsequent Offense) after being involved in a violent altercation at a party with the alleged victim. Attorney Anthony Rickman provided evidence to the State showing that the Client was not the aggressor of the situation and received extensive medical injuries as a result of the fight and the State dismissed the charge within days of the Client’s arrest.
