The Client was engaged in an argument with the alleged victim at a Shell gas station and was charged with Aggravated Battery Causing Bodily Harm or Disability. Attorney Anthony Rickman provided evidence to show that the alleged victim was actually the aggressor in the situation and convinced the State to admit the Client into a PTI Program and the charges were dismissed.
