The Client was charged with False Information to Law Enforcement Officer and Making False Official Statements after reporting his vehicle stolen when his vehicle was repossessed. Attorney Anthony Rickman proactively identified that there was a language barrier between the Client and the law enforcement officers handling the investigation and that the Client misunderstood what the officers were asking. Attorney Anthony Rickman conveyed this information to the State and the case was Nolle Prossed.
