State vs. DT
The Client was arrested for Battery after the Client was involved in an altercation with her spouse and called the police during the incident. The police arrived on scene and arrested the Client as the Client’s spouse allegedly appeared to sustain more injuries. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the prosecutor and provided proof that the Client’s spouse did not want to move forward with the charge and convinced the State to dismiss the charge prior to the charges being formally filed.
