State vs. CD
The Client was arrested for Child Neglect after an alleged incident in which the Client took drugs in the presence of a minor child and passed out on the floor. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the State and was able to have the Client participate in a diversion program and upon successful completion of the program, the charge is dismissed.
