State vs. PB
The Client was arrested for Child Abuse after an incident where an individual under the age of 18 exploded firecrackers under the Client’s vehicle and a conflict ensued. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the State to show that the individual who started the conflict was at fault in the situation and the State immediately dismissed the charge prior to any formal charges being filed against the Client.
