The Client was arrested for several charges which included two counts of Burglary, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting an Officer with Violence and Disorderly Intoxication. The Rickman Law Firm diligently worked to convince the State that the Client was remorseful and participating in any necessary mitigation programs. Despite the severity of the charges, The Rickman Law Firm was successful in having the Client accepted into a diversion program and all charges are to be administratively dismissed upon completion of the program
