State vs. BN

The Client was arrested and charged with Burglary, Possession of a Stolen Credit Card, Fraudulent Use of a Stolen Credit Card, and Petit Theft after being caught by surveillance cameras breaking into vehicles in a parking lot and taking items from the vehicles and using stolen credit cards located in the vehicles to make purchases. The Client faced up to 15 years in a Florida state prison. Although defendants with felony Burglary charges such as these are not typically permitted to participate in diversion programs, Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the State to accept the Client into a diversion program and upon completion of the program all charges will be dismissed.
