The Client was operating his boat on the mouth of the Alafia River when he was stopped by law enforcement for allegedly speeding in a No Wake Zone and subsequently was arrested for Boating Under the Influence. Attorney Anthony Rickman proactively gathered evidence surrounding the arrest and showing that the Client did well on the field sobriety exercises and may have not been impaired and was able to negotiate the charge to Reckless Boating
